1. Acceptance
By using getpuzzled.app you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. They apply to the marketing site only — the Puzzled mobile app, when it launches, will have its own terms that govern your use of the app itself.
2. About us
The site is operated by Obsidium Labs Ltd, a company registered in England, based in London. Contact contact@obsidiumlabs.uk for anything formal, or hello@getpuzzled.app for everything else.
3. Use of the site
You may visit, read, and link to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, the underlying infrastructure, or any other visitor's experience.
- Scrape or copy the site at scale, or use automated tools to do so, except for well-behaved search-engine indexing.
- Reproduce site content (including text, images, and design) beyond fair-use quotation, without our permission.
4. Intellectual property
Everything on the site — text, images, design, code, the Puzzled name and logo — belongs to Obsidium Labs Ltd or our licensors. We don't grant you any right to use it beyond viewing the site in a browser, except where we say so explicitly (e.g. a brand-kit page, when one exists).
Puzzle box artwork shown in the site's mockups is presented for illustrative purposes; the artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective publishers and rights holders.
5. Links to other sites
The site may link to external websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, their data practices, or anything else about them. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it up-to-date and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is current at any given moment. The site is purely informational; it does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Obsidium Labs Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site (including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to the site or these terms
We may change the site, or these terms, at any time. Substantive changes to the terms will update the "Effective" date at the top and, where reasonable, be flagged on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, please stop using the site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
